While Habia's Deputy Chief Executive, Andrew Darby, stepped in to cover for Wendy Nixon who was stuck in Spain due to the recent travel problems. Andrew offered advice about health and safety measures when the inspector pays a visit.

Our guest speakers provided delegates with a thorough insight into working towards excellence in a centre and the competition winners presented how they perform good practice in the teaching of hair, beauty and complementary therapies. The event went so well, we hope to hold another conference next year.”
