Suzanna Green

I completed the VTCT Cosmetic Makeup Course in 2006 at my local College, Penwith College in Penzance.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have used the skills I gained to go on and secure work as a Makeup Artist in a Photography studio. The studio is run by my husband but I also do work for other Photographers in the area. I cover mainly Fashion Makeup for magazines. I have done work for Hair Salons entering Photographs for competitions.

I am hoping to do the VTCT Fashion & Photographic Makeup Course this September. I was disappointed that it didn't run at any local colleges last year, so while I waited I have done a VTCT Nail Technology course. I hope to complete this in July.

These courses have been invaluable too me as they have given me the opportunity to change my career, I was previously a care assistant. I have been able to do the courses round my family, I have 3 children and also help to run our Photography Studio. I have been able to do the courses on an evening and this has been a great advantage.

I am looking forward to starting the Fashion & Photographic Makeup Course and have no doubt it will boost my confidence and skills helping me to continue in my new career that I love.
