VTCT offers qualifications in the area of sports therapy for those interested in the activity sector.
The current level 2 certificate and level 3 diploma offer access to this area. More specialist qualifications covering management of activity injuries and ultrasound therapy are available.
The VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage is recognised by the Sports Massage Association (SMA), allowing successful candidates to become affiliate members.
Futher development in this area will include taping and strapping and treatment of activity injuries.
