VTCT shortlisted at the e-Assessment Awards

VTCT is proud to announce its nomination as a finalist for the e-Assessment Awards, sponsored by PSI International.

VTCT is shortlisted for the ‘Best use of formative assessment’ category for its ManageAssess product. Launched in November 2017, ManageAssess is a revolutionary new way to support apprenticeship delivery, engage learners more deeply in the assessment process and thus improve the impact of formative assessment in work-based learning.

This nomination places ManageAssess alongside the likes of RS Assessment from Hodder Education, RWA Compliance Services Ltd, Vretta Inc. and Luxembourg Ministry of Education.

The e-Assessment Association aims to communicate the positive contributions that technology makes to all forms of assessment. For this reason, the awards is a chance to celebrate and showcase best practice, research and innovation across the sector.

Marcus Bull, Chief Commercial Officer, VTCT, said, “We are thrilled that ManageAssess has been recognised by the PSI International. Our goal is to support the learner throughout their journey towards the end-point assessment, particularly within work-based learning where students can often feel isolated. This nomination is a recognition of offering our learners smarter support to help them achieve a brighter future.”

Matt Wingfield, Chairman of The e-Assessment Association, said, “The Awards were launched in 2017 to shine a light on those who are making a positive contribution to the sector and to promote awareness of the progress being made. The Awards programme helps to highlight the benefits that technology brings to assessment at all levels, particularly in delivering better learning and assessment, rather than just greater efficiency.”

The winners will be announced on Wednesday 18th April. See here for the full list of finalists.
