We have made it a priority to have 360 degree consultation with industry and education experts. Colleagues from our Qualifications and Assessment teams, as well as our Subject Matter Experts, have a combined total of 267 years’ experience. Our colleagues have also been selected to judge awards, such as Concept Hair Magazine’s Learner of the Year, as well as winning awards such as Individual of the Year at the Federation of Awarding Bodies Awards.

We don’t just think about the here and now, our qualifications are designed with your career in mind. We ensure our qualifications continue to be industry relevant and learners are work ready once they become qualified. We also regularly add qualifications which could increase your employability, such as a Level 1 Certificate or Level 2 Diploma in Mental Health Awareness, or our Level 2 Certificate in LGBT Inclusion in the Workplace (RQF).

Many of our qualifications are internationally recognised, enabling you to take your qualification with you wherever you go. A successful career doesn’t have to mean sacrificing travelling the world. There are many options for working abroad, such as working on a Cruise ship or for an International hotel chain.
Results that speak for themselves
Due to our high quality qualifications and continuous support model, our learners have achieved results to be proud of. In 2021/22, our pass rates for tech awards were 89.9%, 91.8% for the technical certificate and 93.2% for the Technical Level Qualification. We provide further support for learners to achieve their full potential with a wealth of resources, webinars and workshops.
