Protect
- ALWAYS put the child, young person or vulnerable adult at the centre of your decision making.
- DON’T wait to prove or disprove concern.
- If something feels wrong, it often is. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS.
- If your concern is about a colleague, SPEAK UP at the first opportunity. Don’t wait for things to improve, as they may get much worse.
