Partnership Planning Manager

Salary: circa £41,000

The Partnership Planning Manager is a technical expert, working within the Sales and Partnership Team, currently reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, who can build peer to peer relationships with staff at VTCT approved centres and supply curriculum planning and qualification funding advice in order to retain and grow VTCT’s existing accounts both within the Private Training Provider market (PTPs) and the Further Education market (FE Colleges).

The Partnership Planner needs to be credible, polished, self-motivated, with a background in education delivery and experience in developing a network of contacts within each of their accounts. This role requires a focus on results through a consultative sales approach.

This full-time post attracts a generous package of terms and conditions including; 26 days holiday per annum (increasing to 27 days upon completion of 2 years’ service), an additional day off for your birthday, company car, life assurance of 4x salary, healthcare cash plan, Perkpal discounts platform, a group stakeholder pension, and more.

Exams and Results Assistant

Salary: £ 18,720 per annum

Reporting to the Assessment and Awarding Coordinator, the Exams and Results Assistant provides basic office services relating to examination papers, which includes: printing and posting examination papers; scanning answer sheets and using a marking software package; inputting examination scores and maintaining records for processed examination papers.
